Did the Govt handle the case properly form day one? If no how should they have handled it.

How long a sentence should they have got?

Was sending them to prison for such a short space of time the wrong thing to do if the Govt knew they were going to be released at such a young age, wouldn't this have damaged them more than what they were and made it harder for them to fit back into society?

We all know what goes on in these sorts of places to young children, could this have been a factor on John Venables reoffending?

Do you really believe that these two boys were really evil or were they unaware of their actions due to their up bringing and age, when I say age I mean they could have been immature due to they way they were brought up and lack of education.

Why have they been such a target for hatred by many people in the UK when there is adults in prison just now for murdering children who knew better and are not targeted by the media or the public?

Should the parents of both these boys be held accountable for their childrens actions?

Now remebering that the boys were only 10 years old when they commited the murder, was the Govt correct by giving them a new identity and giving them a second chance?

To my reckoning they honestly thought that these two boys could and would reform, they never took into consideration the fact that they may not.

Now shit has hit the fan they don't have a plan B, not just with the Bulger case but with all these so called new identity cases.

It's nice to know that the government has faith, maybe the government should have better faith in us mere mortals when we cry injustice instead?

Thanks to .tUrniP for the sig
