This is going to affect everybody over there and the Taliban will gain new members. Onething did strike me was one of the villagers said ' why was that infidel entering a muslim house' Spoke volumes that did. That was a Taliban talking.

I haven't seen that but, first of all, are you saying that use of the word 'infidel' necessarily makes one a member of the Taliban and, secondly, what exactly are you trying to imply?

Infidels is what the Taliaban and extremists use thier exuse to commit murder with. The Koran they claim, says to kill all the infidels in the name of Allah/Mohamed. Taliaban etc say the westerners are the infidels and they must be eradicated. Afghans don't use the word infidel per se.

Did this guy actually say 'infidel' then or 'kafir'?

I'm just not sure it's a fair assumption.

Also, are you combining the Taliban and Al Qaeda?
