nah, he's still in the same hospital, he's not able to walk, so they're making him do some exercises, they are supposed to transfer him to the hospital close to us, the one he was orignally at, but they're saying that there isn't a bed available for him, so he will be moved when a bed clears up

well m8 it's like this we have been told that we are not getting any pay rise.not even the incremental ones that were part of the original job offer ,all our bonuses have been stopped[£140.00 each year,"like i will miss that,it's about one loaf of bread a week" ,],our pensions and redundancy pay-offs are being cut,we have been moved from one directorate to another without consultation, and promotion with the relevant pay structure is being stopped, wtf do they think we get overpaid on £15000,per year, oh and they are doulbling efforts to remove long standing members/employees that may fall foul of attendance managment[ie have more than eight days off sick in one year.

| Oh dear Pete, are they blaming it on the recession? I suppose it will mean strike action? If it does I hope it's a stay at home strike, I wouldn't want to be protesting outside in this weather! LOL Well the snow lasted all of 10 minutes............enough to make everywhere white then gone again. I had visions of standing at a lonely wintery grave with my hat, gloves and scarf while the snow fell down around me, kind of Dickensian I suppose! | |

I'm gonna be skint over Christmas now, I mean proper skint ... Even Jen's grant from the college has been delayed because they didn't pull their finger out. Merry fuckin' humbug
