Bee,you'd have been suitably impressed mate, i assure you...

Only problem is them and the carrots were growing for six months and never got bigger than baby carrots, and leeks the size of spring onions...

A tin of carrots is 22p
A leek is about 50p

It may be me, but i wonder if i might just have wasted me time...

we have grown tomatoes and runner beans in garden and some are massive but we have lots of um so was worth the time but dunno if it was worth it to grow baby ones lol

sorry gaz use a better fertalizer next time and rottervate ur soil up to 3 month before every 3 weeks with fertaliser will grow lots better

Mind you though, if I did ever try growing some munchies ... I'm pretty sure next doors camel would dive over the fence and scran it ...

Was watching some doc about the WW1 trenches the other day, some general or whatever had a fully functioning garden in the middle of a frontline trench ... is that the guy Gaz?

Not a clue mate, all the First World War Generals were fukin stupid...if they'd send 200.000 men to die in 1 day and say its ok cuz we always have more, then to have a garden wouldn't surprise me in the slightest..

I live in Blackburn mate, you can only ride them at weekends ... shame really like.
