| Mafia- money making enterprise only - make the most money by targeting the lowest common denominator - product = drugs, racketeering, prostitution, money laundering - very poor customer relations service. NASA - all energy is spent purely on the betterment of the product = space travel.........customer - ( american people ) just pick up the tax bill..
