Secret Ops agent Marcus(Wesley Snipes) is sent to Detroit to take out an arms dealer and the head of the hedge fund that is financing him. His CIA backup has other plans and turns on him and it's a fight to survive in a hospital.
witchy rating 7/10 plenty of shoot em up action going on and plenty of bone crunching too. I like Wesley Snipes so vote is higher than most have given this film.
