| Adding machinery to flesh to create Robotica/cyborgs. Now this is my first attempt at doing this, I hit snags that I couldn't get my head around to solve. The final image I then zapped it with electricity. The only bits i like is the illuminated sections.

| I'd better just use yours ... I'm easily distracted. Also, I don't really fancy signing up to watch the tutorial but thanks | |

| So I had a quick go and it didn't turn out great but it was fun; I haven't played in Photoshop for such a long time... You've got to give me some pointers | |

| Hey that's good. Love the colouring and fleshing. What did you use for the flesh effect? What pointers are you looking for? and no I am not supplying you with naked ladies to draw over. My 2nd attempt using tutorials model and machinery from a Suzuki bike. Now the birth of Suzuka Robot 2 - Suzuka

| I just messed around with raw beef for the flesh ... a bit of burn/dodge here and there, a couple of colour layers.
I'm not really sure what to ask you actually ... it's just that your machinery seems to fit right and Suzuka's skin looks interesting; did you do anything special to it? I especially like her legs.

| Suzuka's skin is as it is. I did nothing to the flesh itself. OTher than the rings which are causing me problems as is the cloud effect that is supposed to be used as acording tot he orignal tutorial for this.
The machinery inserts were coloured using the hue section with the scrub brush and hardness set ot 0%. Her 'boobs' used multiply on blending both on the Suzuki nose cone and the headlights.
The machinery I used erase mode, to clean off the sections that hung over her cut outs. I also used dodge and burn to darken/lighten those bits. So giving the appearence that they were inside.
I'll try the beef and see what comes out. That is a look I like to have a go at. As I have a lot of machinery so next model is ready to be turned. How did you do her hair?

of course they do from afar. I'm getting there slowly, it's my mission now to iron out the problem areas and get this robotica finished better. | |
