People were comparing it to the West wing which is a good series . However The Kennedys is not in that league or should be used in comparrison.

This mini drama charts the Kennedy's rise and fall and is IMHO done in an entertaining way. Hats of the Mrs Cruise KAtie Holmes she held her own here, and Greg Kinnear portrayed John Kennedy with some credibility.

I enjoyed the series, it certainly gave up something I was not aware of in the Kennedy clan and I think it does hold its own as a well made drama series.

Now i bloody know we had a thread on this cuz i put it up...

Anyway, yes, thoroughly enjoyed the first 2 parts then forgot about it sadly...

It gets slated as being like a soap opera but its not the way i saw it, i thought it was a well told, warts and all biography..

I'll defo grab the rest..

Have we had a glitch somewhere onthe forum. I though too we had a thread on it, and when searched nothing appeared. Very odd.

I like it for its warts and all, although I suspect there is more warts than shown. At least it gave a little glimpse inot the family and the American Presidency and the crisis that wwere around at the time.
