Hey people been told by my grandad that in march i will be getting £1500 of him for my first car now this is a problem as i like power looks and things like that

does anyone have any idea what i a good car for me would be want something in a 1.6 or 2.0 ltr

be nice if people had some ideas

Don't drive myself but the middle daughter's fella has an electric blue focus with all the trimmings, actually a nice car but the exhaust doesn't half get on me tits at 6am in the morning!

Best check you can afford to insure any 'power 'car. I know my youngest gets stung and she's only got a 1.3 fiesta.

And keep under the year 2001 mark to ensure you have cheaper tax. Less you like paying stupid money.

All the small cars like, Citroen Saxo, Peugeot's, Mitsubishi Colts, golfs/polo's. Fiesta's etc are what many get as they're customizable. Be aware it can null your insurance.

Best advice I can give is steer clear of Peugeot's, multiple problems, bad brakes and rust, for a start. Hideous to boot.

I think the Evo's are out of your range. Same as some of the classic hot hatches, Gti golf and Peugeot range. Escort cossies and RS range.

For £1500 I might let you buy my baby. V6 sport Galant. All 2.5 litre of road menace. It's got looks, it's got power and by far it shifts like shit off a stick. When I come up in your rear view mirror I don't ask you to move nicely, my car insists you move. And it keeps up very nicely with Evo's and most other power house cars. When 'im indoors brought me my car, on the way home, I merely crusied past him at 140mph. He said you could see my grin and car menace merge into one. He compared me to a great white shark bearing down on a surfer. Great anaology really, I get that feeling from looking at the whites of many a road users eyes in their rear view mirror, as I suddenly appear behind them.

This is my second one of these cars, my first im indoors sold, and I never forgave him for it. OK I had a knee problem and the car was manual. But still I LOVED ME CAR!!! This one, is OK, but I still love my orignal one and would have it back in a heartbeat. I'd pimp im indoors out to get my car back again. LOL He may not be too happy, but I would be.

av decided after looking at my finances and adding to the money i will get of my grandad i have decided to get this




with a fully tuned engine done by sumo power and lots more goodies then am going to park outside MT's house and rev the bolloxs off of it :)
