Dont watch if easily offended (i couldnt), but there is a happy ending...
Apparently, he got found and arrested and was beaten by police when he tried to escape custody...hes looking at 15 years in prison ( dubious )
( translated ) Kaunas center for the care of the animals received a dog that was thrown from the bridge, the scumbag threw it from a height of several meters, and the poor thing fell and howl in pain so that her cries for help could be heard even on the bridge ...
- Despite multiple fractures, the dog is in satisfactory condition and will live
Kaunas is in Lithuania btw...

This kind of thing goes on in this country, and has done since I've been born and probably longer than that.
My own pup is a dog I rescued. Believe me she wasn't white when I got her, piss yellow is more accurate. My pup was lucky. One of the group of rescuers I am with, found a mum and her pups in a dustbin bag, tossed in a trash bin behind the industrial estate where she worked. Mum was in a very bad state, only 2 pups survived. Some pups had their necks broken others suffocated. Mum was very much touch and go but survived, after having surgery to remove a badly broken leg. Both her and mine are lovely natured and have now nice loving homes.
Sadly with rescued dogs, they come with baggage. Mine hates shut doors, and won't go outside if it is raining to toilet on her own. She thinks she is going to be left out there all night again and cries and cowers behind the bin. Come rain shine, snow or sleet I stand out there with her. She also hates men and bags, especially men with bags. She hates changes, no new item can come in unless she is shown it and allowed to sniff it. That used to take days now it is a quick sniff and a big lickety hello. Naturally she is clingy and goes into protective mode over me. She's getting the message that is not wanted behavior. However she's come on a lot but she can revert back if something spooks her again. She now plays and sleeps in peace. Its lovely to see her playing and wanting you to join in.
Likewise the staffie, she has issues, loud voices or thumping noises has her screaming in terror. Luckily the pups are more settled down. Mum will get to a ground where she is comfortable but the horror I doubt will leave her fully.
No real surprise given what they both went through.
You only have to google up rescue centres to see the abandon dogs and cats and other animals. either handed in or found. They are the lucky ones. I've lost count the amount of times a plea has gone up in the resuce network I'm with to check out a dog dumped. Not all times end up with a live dog coming back to us fosters.

That vid has been here all night, plucked it up to watch and didn't get 3 seconds in ... dont ever want to see it.
The question of how people like that can do what they do makes my head feel like its going to explode, I just can't get how people can be so, SO wrong.
I'm no angel and i've seen some horror stories myself but shit like this i just don't get ... makes me fuckin sad actually.

Yep, people are pricks whatever country they are in or flavour of skin they wear. And as I replied to Rat, in this country, a whores knickers are higher up than some peoples moral conduct toward animals. Searchable animal abuse site.

Small example of what goes on in our alleged animal loving country. Just why do they do these things and what kind of people are they. If they can do that to animals what else are they capable of? Certainly nobody I'd want to have a relationship with.

I've moved this over to discussion ...........it seems a good one to talk about.
I can't bring myself to watch it even knowing the good outcome, we have 6 animals and 5 of them are a result of rescue.......Mischa we took from the city dogs home as a pup of 8 weeks, Treacle (dog) was locked up for 8 hours a day in a small 2ft square space by an acquaintance, Crawford (cat) was the result of a pregnant mum who just come into our house one day and never left, Momo (Cockatiel) passed from pillar to post, had shoes thrown at cage etc and Millie (Cockatiel) brought from pet shop, half blind, almost dead.............all now fine.
I don't knock people who pay a small fortune for a pedigree animal.........I just prefer to help an animal that needs a home.

The text is enough, I don't need to watch the video, nor do I want to; it's the sort of thing that would ruin my day.
I think my feelings mirror the majority, and I'm pleased that I'm not the only one to object to a certain comment.
However, MT, I do think that there are some foul practices in the 'breeding industry', particularly with pedigrees, and the profit made only perpetuates those.
My springer spaniel is from a shelter.

I just feel sick. I felt sick when I gave the vet the permission to put Murphy to sleep. But then the circumstances where not the same. There are no words strong enough in any language to describe this so-called "human being".

This will raise your eyebrows. One of mine cannot be shown at Crufts, why? She has a few small black hairs in her white neck. For that she is not breed standard.
The other one her jaw is wrong, hence why she was dumped.
The breeding and crufts program needs to be redressed, it would save more dogs being killed or dumped as they don't meet the breed standard.
There are now more and more cases of, 'zinkers' apearing in dog breeds. Zinkers are the result of inbreeding and have multiple health problems. First clue to a 'zinker' is a pale coat. Mishapen feet are the next minor problem. Many breeders are selling them as normal pups. Zinkers don't live long, they must be kept warm, can't feed properly, sleep excessively and have toileting issues as well as mental unstability. That is the result of Crufts breed specfic.
I call them zinkers, they do have a name which I have forgotten.
Then look up your own dogs background and health issues, many are because of the breed standard over the breeds health. Bulldogs are a fine example of what the standard took to far.

Gris Gris, people will go to no ends to get a "perfect" dog. My perfect dog is one who is happy, loved, gentle and kind. to hell if at times he or she does not obey straight away. I am into nordic dogs for lots of reasons, but if it does not come up to grade , so what! The cross and in-breeding can cause lots of psychological problems as well and this type of dog can attack anyone at any time . It is a big problem here as well, especially with the Rottweillers and American Staff.
