Real ones or fake ones?

Ok, this is a topic that has been debated for years now...

Do you prefer.....

I don't mean this to sound all lezziefied but it all depends on how a woman has them done for me, I much prefer to see the natural look implants where they have been placed in the breast tissue rather than stuck to the chest wall. Those ones look stupid in my opinion.

I am one of the lucky ones and never needed implants (although they are now getting nearer to my knees and I have to fetch them from around the back) but I do understand the need for them in some cases. Eldest daughter would love them, cousin had hers done 12 years ago......

I think fake ones are gross!! I am very blessed to not need them. Actually, all the women in my family are very small breasted and I'm the only one, for several generations, that was blessed.

However, I understand it if women have to get them bc of cancer or whatever.

Mrs G... those actually look pretty nice imo. At least she didn't get them a ridiculous size.
