 My attempt at converting black and white to colour

Here is my first attempt of converting a black and white picture to colour






I couldn't figure out how to do the crowd, if anyone has any tips let me know please thumbs up

Looks very much like the early days of colour photography.That reminds me of my mum's first colour photo's. Some had bits of colour and some still black and white.

Well done. Preferences I'd leave it as is. It looks realistic.


To do the crowd its going to be complicated as they will all be wearing different clothing colours. Maybe a generalised wash effect of several colours where some overlap the other to get highlights of different colours?

He stuck his tongue out, concentrated, and coloured it in with MY crayons. Damn cheek they are MY crayons.
