| Anyone have any and the reasons for them..?
Mine is no more beer from the shop unless its for a social drink, guests round, party, out for a curry etc and to start getting fit again, i'm sick of feeling fucked..
Reasons = Beer - saves me loads of money that i can ill afford to spend, and getting fit is something i've always enjoyed but i've let it slip the last couple of years and i feel fuckin crap for it..
It'll literally cripple me for the first few weeks, ( the getting fit, not the loss of beer) , but i'll feel loads better for it come summer, and i'll have some cash spare too...

| Similar to you mate...
Start back the gym
No fatty food at all such as bread, butter fry ups etc etc
Drink cut down to once a month rather than twice a week
Why?, because I'm a fat bastard that struggles to put on my own socks on without being fucked. | |

| to go to the gym 4 days a week instead of 3 and get fitter
try and not drink every weekend
cut down on the take aways
cant think of any more | |

| My New year resolutions are: To be nice and smile at Gaz. Hex more people. Take advance Broom flying lessons. Wear better incontince knickers to save peeing or worse on common folk below. Only kick Dr's inthe nuts after they've been force read my medical notes. Read the books I have stored up. Take a copy of the Xmas pdding recipe that actually worked and got the royal approaval from his Royal fartiness indoors. Think that'll do.  | |
