Best and Worst Torrent Sites

Was just having a debate with someone of Facebook about a certain torrent site that imo is probably the worst on the net, which they thought was one of the best. (Kickass Torrents)

What in your opinion is the top 3 best and worst sites??

I know this is a long shot, but I was hoping that someone might want to send me an invite to ipt. You're welcome to look at my ratio on demonoig (McClainNH), tvtorrents (CalypsoKid), scenetime (McClainNH), and filepost (McClainNH) and see that I've got good ratios for all of those sites. I'd love to get some help here, but like I said, I know it's a long shot.
