Its a local stew ( spose like souse or irish stew etc )...potatoes, leeks, onions, carrots, peas ( no meat in mine obviously )..all boiled in water, then gravy added till a nice consistency.....
Then some creamy mashed potatoes..
Mash on the plate, stew drizzled over.....
