| Lobby's like.... Scouse/Irish Stew/Casserole...its tradition was in leftover meat and bones from the sunday lunch and whatever veg could be found /nicked etc, for the low paid pottery workers ( same as oatcakes were a poor mans food, a,lso just discovered the water was so unhealthy we drank beer instead....Yippy-ky-ay motherfucker )..........all in a pot with gravy added....and drop a few suet dumplings in too............. I, of course, am far more civilised and have the Veggie version (the beer theory is still alive and well though) | |
