just had my porridge before I head to the gym

making cheesy pasta and oven chips

Take away for us tonight i still feel shit fancy something spicey madras or hot chilli chicken

Am a fussy bugger when it comes to mash, infact I can only eat it when I've made it (the way I like).

chicken pie..potatoes..carrots..peas..yourkshire puds and last but not least gravy

home made lasagne plenty left will do for later or put it in tubs for the freezer.

the wife does that m8 the best way.. make loads and freeze

yeah rick my GF does the same makes plenty then I freeze it and usually have it when I come back from the gym.

well had chips and cheese from the chippy about 230pm getting a bit hungry now. I'm owed a score so a take away might be in order. I go to the gym all week and eat proper food then I drink and I eat shite.

Its off to the local Kashmiri all you can eat buffet house for Madras thats cooked personally for me and bought to me table.....
