Turmeric helps fight cancer ....
the proof?, very very few people in India get cancer, and i mean very few !! Not quite accurate. It is the Curcumin, the active part in Tumeric that may have anti-cancer properties. It is still in its early stage of testing. It is thought the curcumin may beneift prostrate cancers in men also testing is being carried out as a possible aid for the control of diabetes.
You should never take tumeric when you are taking blood thinners such as warafarin and asprin, same goes for excess stomach acid preparations such as Omeprazole Lansoprazole, without consulting your Doctors. Turmeric may effect certain medicines. Back on topic, dinner today mainly consisted of: Sausages,(cumberland) in Onion gravy, spuds n veg followed up by a huge blackberry n apple crumble n cream. I can hear my arterys screaming; and my hot flush yelling about the virtues of buying a prick n ding meal, instead of making it all from scratch. I am not a slave to my body at all. Oh! wonderful Gris Gris, you splitter of hairs you

| Nearly did not have roast chicken, forgot dog was booby trapping the oven area again. There was me going backward arms and legs flapping everywhere, chicken flying through the air and suddenly very alert dogs waiting with the mouths open ready.
Luckily I can catch but boy did I get dirty looks from the dogs. Off they went for a conspiratorial huddle to plan another chicken liberation method.
There would have been a trifle, but I forgot to make it. Well after catching a hot chicken naturally all thoughts of pudding went right out of my mind.
