I was thinking somethin' more like 'Sitting B', 'Dances with Mongs'? Edit - Turmeric was the only thing I didn't put in

Turmeric helps fight cancer ....
the proof?, very very few people in India get cancer, and i mean very few !! Not quite accurate. It is the Curcumin, the active part in Tumeric that may have anti-cancer properties. It is still in its early stage of testing. It is thought the curcumin may beneift prostrate cancers in men also testing is being carried out as a possible aid for the control of diabetes. You should never take tumeric when you are taking blood thinners such as warafarin and asprin, same goes for excess stomach acid preparations such as Omeprazole Lansoprazole, without consulting your Doctors. Turmeric may effect certain medicines. Back on topic, dinner today mainly consisted of: Sausages,(cumberland) in Onion gravy, spuds n veg followed up by a huge blackberry n apple crumble n cream. I can hear my arterys screaming; and my hot flush yelling about the virtues of buying a prick n ding meal, instead of making it all from scratch. I am not a slave to my body at all.

| Din dins was jacket spuds with cheese n sweetcorn. And bloody crumble n cream again. Thankfully all the crumbles gone now. Nibbles is a lovely rapsberry bakewell cake I made and has been attacked by a very hungry mouse by the looks of the missing slices. | |
